At HTVRONT, we want you to be fully satisfied with your crafting supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tools, vinyl rolls, or heat press accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
